Top-up credits never expire. Your monthly credits are always spent first, so a top-up only starts going down once the month’s allowance is used up. If you find yourself topping up most months, moving up a plan gets you extra credits at a lower price per credit.

Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits are how AI work is metered. Every action has a fixed price, printed on its button before you press it: 3 for a set of hooks, 40 per 1,000 drafted words, 2 for a section edit. Reading your channel and the automatic script checks cost nothing, and if an AI action fails, its credits come back.
Who gets the free credits?
Accounts that sign in with Google get 150 credits once: enough for your voice profile and one 10-minute video with research, fact check, titles and voiceover. Use them within 7 days. There are no monthly free credits. Email sign-ups start without free credits, which keeps throwaway addresses from using them up; you can continue with Google at any time to get them.
What happens after the free video?
Free credits you did not use expire after 7 days, and you stay on Free: no card, no charge. Your scripts, voiceovers and titles stay in your account. Pick a plan or buy a top-up whenever you want to write the next one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then you move to Free. There is no cancellation fee.
Can I get a refund?
No. Every script is paid to an AI provider the moment it is written, so payments are non-refundable. That is why your first video is free with no card: try it before you pay. We always fix billing mistakes, like a duplicate charge. The refund policy has the details.
Do you train AI models on my scripts?
No. We do not train models on your scripts, your profiles or anything you upload, and we do not sell them. Your text goes to the model provider only to write your output. The privacy policy has the details.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, for one month. Unused monthly credits carry into the next billing period, then expire if they are still unused, so you never hold more than two months of credits. Top-up credits never expire, and they are only used once your monthly credits have run out.
Who handles payment?
Polar handles checkout and billing as our merchant of record, so they calculate and collect sales tax or VAT where it applies. Your card details go to them and never touch our servers.
